Swiss Corn Bake

Ingredients

  • 32 oz can corn drained
  • 6 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 medium egg beaten
  • 2 TBL onion chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs soft
  • 1 TBL butter melted

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°. Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, and ¾ cup Swiss cheese. Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 inch baking dish. Toss bread crumbs, butter, and ¼ cup Swiss cheese together. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 25 minutes.
