avocado
ripe, soft to the touch

lemon juice

red onion

seeded and diced small

salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and use a spoon to remove the soft flesh. Use a fork and mush it up. It doesn't have to be completely crush, a few larger pieces is just fine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
