Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocado ripe, soft to the touch
  • ½ TBL lemon juice
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 medium Roma tomato seeded and diced small
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half and use a spoon to remove the soft flesh. Use a fork and mush it up. It doesn't have to be completely crush, a few larger pieces is just fine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
