do NOT drain

tomato sauce

ground

chili powder

garlic powder

spicy chili beans
undrained
15 oz
can
garbanzo beans
drained and rinsed
Sour cream, sliced green onion, or grated cheddar cheese
for toppings, if desired
Instructions
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, sausage and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
In 3 to 4 quart slow cooker, mix beef mixture and and remaining ingredients except sour cream, green onion and cheese.
Cover; cook on low heat setting 7 to 8 hours. Top individual servings with sour cream, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
Notes
Can also substitute ground turkey for the beef and kidney beans for garbanzo beans.
