This recipe comes from a Campbell Soup recipe book. It is very easy to prepare and is surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients
1TBLbutter
4chicken breastskinless, boneless (about 1 pound)
1canCream of Chicken Soup
ΒΌcupmayonnaise
2TBLhoney
1TBLspicy brown mustard
1TBLwalnuttoasted and chopped
Instructions
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.
Add soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with rice if desired.
