White Chocolate Snack Mix
We got this recipe from Brenda Heinzen, a family friend. We normally make it at Christmas time and boy is it easy to make.
Ingredients
- 5 cup corn Chex
- 5 cup Cherrios
- 10 oz pretzels
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 bag M&M's
- 2 12 oz packages white chocolate chips
- 2 TBS cooking oil
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in microwave 1 minute at a time on medium stirring until melted, add oil. Place remaining ingredients in a bowl, pour chocolate over and mix well. Dry on waxed paper and store in an airtight container.
