Swiss Corn Bake
We don’t know the origin of this recipe but it has been around in our family for many, many years. We have taken it to many different events and it always gets rave reviews.

Ingredients
- 32 oz can corn drained
- 6 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 medium egg beaten
- 2 TBL onion chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup Swiss cheese chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs soft
- 1 TBL butter melted
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°. Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, and ¾ cup Swiss cheese. Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 inch baking dish. Toss bread crumbs, butter, and ¼ cup Swiss cheese together. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 25 minutes.
