Shrimp Pizza
Recipe courtesy of the 1/43d Air Defense Artillery Battalion cookbook from the early 1980's. The
cookbook was put together by the wives of officers in the Battalion. This recipe came from Mary Beaman, wife of the Battalion Commander. An easy to prepare dish that has never failed to satisfy.

Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese warmed to room temperture
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- 1 jar Shrimp cocktail sauce
- ketchup small amount
- 5 oz package small frozen shrimp may need 2 packages
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese, and spread a thin layer into a 10-inch circle on a serving dish. This is the “pizza crust”. Sprinkle garlic salt over the crust.
- Combine cocktail sauce and ketchup and spread over the “crust”. You can add a small amount of horseradish if you want to give it more zip.
- Thaw, rinse, and drain shrimp. Spread over the sauce on the pizza.
- Serve with Triscuit crackers.
