Raw Vegetable Pizza

Easy to prepare and it tastes good as well.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Cressent Rolls refriderated
  • 16 ounce cream cheese 2 bricks, at room temperature
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp onion flakes diced

Vegetable Toppings

  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 10-15 medium olives black or green, finely chopped
  • 1 medium sweet peppers red or green, finel chopped
  • 1 medium carrot finely chopped or grated
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough and put into greased 9×13 baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely. Beat cream cheese, mayo, dill weed, and onion. Spread evenly over cooled crust and top with veggies. Cut into bite sized pieces.
