Olive Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olives chopped, Kalamata, black, green or some combination
  • 1 TBL capers rinsed, drained, and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 TBL olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 3 clove garlic chopped finely
  • 1/4 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp thyme dried
  • 2 tsp brandy optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and let set about an hour or two before serving for flavors to mix.
