Olive Tapenade
Ingredients
- 1 cup olives chopped, Kalamata, black, green or some combination
- 1 TBL capers rinsed, drained, and chopped
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 TBL olive oil
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- 3 clove garlic chopped finely
- 1/4 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp thyme dried
- 2 tsp brandy optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and let set about an hour or two before serving for flavors to mix.
