Jerky, Spicy Steak
Ingredients
- 2 pound beef sliced for jerky
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce more if you want a hotter jerky
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except meat into a large zip top bag, shake well to mix dry spices with the liquids. Add meat ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours but best if left for up to 12 hours.
- Pat dry with cloth or paper towels and place into dehydrator until properly dried.
