Jerky, Spicy Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 pound beef sliced for jerky
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce more if you want a hotter jerky

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except meat into a large zip top bag, shake well to mix dry spices with the liquids. Add meat ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours but best if left for up to 12 hours.
  • Pat dry with cloth or paper towels and place into dehydrator until properly dried.
