Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef sliced for jerky
  • 2 TBL canning salt
  • 2 1/2 TBL soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 TBL worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 2 TBL molasses mild
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 TBL honey

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients except the meat in a glass bowl. Marinate the meat in the mixture for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight. Pat the meat dry and put on dehydrator until completely dried.
