Ham, Cream Cheese, and Tortilla Shells, What’s Not to Like?

This recipe has been a family favorite for many years. It is easy to make and everyone loves them. You do need to plan a bit ahead so the flavors have a chance to merge together.

Ingredients

  • 1 package flour tortilla shells
  • 16 oz cream cheese 2-packages
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • ½ cup sweet bell peppers red or green, chopped
  • ¼ cup green olives chopped
  • ¼ cup black olives chopped
  • 8 ounce ham sliced

Instructions

  • 1. Remove tortillas and cream cheese from refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature while chopping the vegetables into small pieces. Combine and mix well the cream cheese, mayo, and vegetables.
  • 2. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on a tortilla shell. Arrange sliced ham over cheese. Tightly roll up the tortilla. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, cut into ¾ inch slices.
