Guacamole and Sweet Potato Dip
Guacamole Dip
Ingredients
- 2 medium avocado ripe, soft to the touch
- ½ TBL lemon juice
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 medium Roma tomato seeded and diced small
- ½ tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and use a spoon to remove the soft flesh. Use a fork and mush it up. It doesn’t have to be completely crush, a few larger pieces is just fine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir together.
