Chicken, Honey Mustard
This recipe comes from a Campbell Soup recipe book. It is very easy to prepare and is surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 TBL butter
- 4 chicken breast skinless, boneless (about 1 pound)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBL honey
- 1 TBL spicy brown mustard
- 1 TBL walnut toasted and chopped
Instructions
- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.
- Add soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with rice if desired.
