BBQ Pulled Pork-Slow Cooker
This slow cooker recipe is easy and oh so goooood.

- 1 pork shoulder or port butt about 2.5 pounds
- 14 oz KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce or homemade
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 8 hamburger buns
Place roast in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hours or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours.
Remove roast from slow cooker and discard cooking liquid. Shred port with 2 forks – throwing away the fat and yucky connecting tissue. Return pork to slow cooker and add BBQ sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and onion. Cover and cook on HIGH 1 hour or on LOW 2 hours. Serve shredded pork on hamburger buns or hard rolls.
