Chicken, Honey Mustard

This recipe comes from a Campbell Soup recipe book. It is very easy to prepare and is surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBL butter
  • 4 chicken breast skinless, boneless (about 1 pound)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBL honey
  • 1 TBL spicy brown mustard
  • 1 TBL walnut toasted and chopped

Instructions

  • In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat butter. Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.
  • Add soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Sprinkle with walnuts. Serve with rice if desired.
