Smoothies

Fruit Smoothie


6 oz yogurt - any flavor
1 banana, sliced
1 TBS honey (or sugar)
½ cup milk
2 cups frozen fruit (we like strawberries best)

Add first 4 ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.Then add frozen fruit until smoothie is the consistency desired.

Green Smoothie

2 cup Spinach
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (or fresh)
1/2 Avacodo
1/2 - 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
1/2 Pear
Protein Powder (optional)
Enough milk or juice to get the smoothie to blend together

Apple Smoothie

1 Apple with skin
Greek Yogurt
Protien Powder
5 almonds
1 banana
Cinnamon or vanilla
1/2 cup milk or enough to get the smoothie to blend together

PB2 and Banana Smoothie


1 banana, frozen is best
2 TBL vanilla yogurt
2 TBL PB2 powder or regular peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3-4 ice cubes
3/4 cup water

Blend all ingredients together.

Add first 4 ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.Then add frozen fruit until smoothie is the consistency desired.
