Salmon - Glazed

Recipe courtesy of Southern Living 1986 Cookbook page 256

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 butter, melted
2 TBS soy sauce
2 TBS sherry
4 salmon steaks

Combine the first 4 ingredients, stirring to dissolve sugar.  Place salmon steaks in an aluminum foil lined pan.  Brush with ½ mix and let set 15 minutes.  Broil until salmon flakes easily with fork.  Brush cooked fish with remaining mix.
