Pizza Dough

This is a simple dough.

1 (2.5 oz) package active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
2 to 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour

1.  In a medium bowl, stir together yeast, sugar, and warm water.  Set aside to proof (bubble) for 5 minutes.
2.  Stir in salt and add 2 cups flour (or more) to form a ball.
3.  Knead for 5 minutes until dough is smooth.  Place in a lightly oiled bowl and set in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes.  Dough can be frozen for later use at this point.
4.  Place dough on a floured board and use a rolling pin to flatten for use as a pizza.
