Marinades


Pork Chops

3 TBS chili powder
1 1/2 TBS lemon juice
1 TBS grated onion
1/4 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
Italian Dressing to coat
4-6 thinly sliced pork chops

Combine all ingredients except Italian dressing.  Then add enough Italian dressing to coat the pork chops well.  Refrigerate and let marinate for 2-4 hours, turning and coating the chops once or twice.  Grill on the BBQ.

Marinade for Chicken


1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBS Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 TBS dried mint
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients.  Then add the chicken breasts and add enough additional olive oil to completely coat.  Refrigerate and let marinate for 2-4 hours, turning and coats the meat once or twice.  Grill on the BBQ.
