Brocoli Salad
 

Excellent flavor and pretty healthy as well.  We got this recipe from Sally, a cousin of Lori.

1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sugar (or 2 packs of Stevia)
Juice of one lemon
1 large head fresh brocoli, chopped into bit sized pieces
1 cup golden raisins
1 small red onion, chopped into small pieces
8-10 slices thick bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 cup cashews or sunflower seeds (cashews are awesome)
1 cup grape tomatoes

Combine mayo, sugar, and lemon and set aside.  Combine the remaining ingredients and then add the mayo mixture.  Chill for one hour or more before serving.

Serves:  about 10
